Onshore Construction & Development was founded in 1993 by Daniel Reedy and has since grown steadily into a mid-size company specializing in the construction of large custom estate homes in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. Onshore has developed an excellent reputation amongst local residents, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
Under Dan’s guidance the company and its employees practice a culture of honesty, hard work and absolute dedication to successful projects and satisfied customers.

In South Florida, it is particularly challenging to maintain high standards of workmanship. We constantly search for and identify key vendors that have the ability to produce the finest quality products and finishes.
Safety is also a number one priority. All of our supervisors are certified in a 10-hour OSHA course. Quarterly safety meetings are conducted with all of our subcontractors to ensure 100% compliance.

Onshore Construction directly employs full time service workers and a warranty coordinator with a wide variety of skills to take care of almost any maintenance issue. Whether it be a broken window or re-painting a room, our service team is always readily available for your customer service needs.
If necessary, we will also call in specialized subcontractors and supervise their work to ensure the job is performed correctly. We understand the need for a high level of supervision and coordination inside a furnished and occupied home.
