Rick Burns

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Rick Burns joined Onshore Construction & Development, Inc. as Chief Operating Officer in 2023. He brings more than thirty-five years of very high-end residential building experience. Rick utilizes a team-centered ethos to create a positive job site environment. He believes in empowering people to help them complete projects smoothly and efficiently. He has completed new and renovated projects with valuations ranging from $5 million to $70+ million.

Rick studied engineering and business and is a Florida state licensed contractor. His renovation of a 1937 Marion Sims Wyeth house won the Ballinger Award from the Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach. He also earned a place on the “Luxe Interior + Design Gold List” for a new construction project, “Seaside Formality”.
