Nico joined Onshore Construction in 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing with him a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Florida. His journey into construction began with valuable internships at a prominent commercial contractor, followed by several years dedicated to building large custom homes in Massachusetts. Nico's blend of financial expertise and practical construction experience perfectly complements Onshore’s steadfast dedication to honesty, integrity, and absolute transparency.
