Dave Stapleton

Project Manager

David is a Project Manager with Onshore with over 30 years of experience working on large scale commercial and residential projects.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Illinois State University he joined State Farm Insurance as a Construction Specialist working on commercial projects throughout the US. In 2000 David relocated to South Florida and began working on large scale master communities. In 2006 he transitioned to the custom home sector and has overseen muti-million dollar projects in Manalapan, Seminole Landing, Jupiter Island, Bears Club, Old Palm, Frenchman’s Reserve, Admirals Cove, and Johnathan’s Landing.

David has been a Florida Certified General Contractor since 2016.
