Project Manager - Remodeling Division

Ches joined Onshore with more than 25 years of industry experience, ranging from independent contractor to management level positions for some of the most respected construction companies in Florida. His past experience includes project management of a mixed use project in Palm Beach Gardens (PGA Commons) that included town homes and three story upscale commercial buildings. He has managed upscale residential construction projects in communities such as the Loxahatchee Club, Admirals Cove, Mirasol, Ballen Isles, as well as projects on Jupiter Island, Palm Beach and many others.

Ches holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Science and Management from Clemson University.
